"Come for the dells...Stay at Linda's"Let me get this out the way. The rooms, amenities and view are offered similarly at other venues but there's a reason I plan to come back to Sandrift Resort...it's Linda. When you come to quaint front desk at this lovely gem you'll be greeted (hopefully) by this amazing woman. She'll immediately make you feel like you're coming back home after a long exhaustive trip with her friendly and welcoming manner. Then she'll take a minute or two to let you know about herself and get to know you. Next comes what I think is her secret sauce...are you ready? She wants you to have the best time on your vacation and will make recommendations that only an informed and caring person can. If you get the chance to stay in the Dells, especially if you've never been or it's been awhile, stay at the Sandrift and take a moment to talk to Linda. She'll take care of you as if you were family.

"We had a great time. See you soon!"My wife and I traveled here, spur of the moment. The place was much better than we expected. It was right on the water. It had a nice dock to use, and we caught many crappie right of the dock. I would highly recommend staying at this place, everything was absolutely perfect!

"Thanks to Chris for being a lovely host!"My Family and I had an awesome weekend at the Beach House. Everything was super clean and organized, and the house is literally located next to the lake. My son was able to go fishing and my husband was able to grill right in front of the house. We had a lovely brunch on the porch. I highly recommend staying at this place to anyone who is looking for a great weekend getaway. We are looking to return soon.

It was a last minute stay for us because our original place we were going to stay was crappy and the owner took us in right away with no problem. Very kind friendly for all ages. They have a wonderful little beach for swimming and hanging out. They have sand for playing as well as for volleyball. We didn't need to go out and buy any toys since they had everything right there. They also have a little shop in the office to get things that you might have forgot like a fishing pole and right across the street is a live bait shop which was nice. They have grills right in front for you to use and they have a bonfire they do every night. Great atmosphere and just hands down wonderful place to stay. Give them a call and book your next stay. You wont regret it. Me and my family sure didn't.

"I've been going to Sandrift for a few years now and I love it"...it's very friendly, quiet, I always get the room with a covered patio, with a view of the lake, which is great, there is a small beach, row boats, and paddle boats and a small dock, perfect for fishing, also there is a bond fire every night, my 8 year old has a blast every time we go there !! Thank you Linda for a great experience every time!!

"Everything you need to enjoy the Dells!"We stayed in unit 7. It is at the end of the motel building unit. This was the best unit because it had a deck off of the sliding glass door close to the lake. There was nothing I had to bring except my food. All cooking supplies were provided. Even wine glasses and a bottle opener, blender, and popcorn popper. The Unit stayed cold even with the 90 degree temps. We had two bedrooms and a pull out couch. I didn't use the couch so can't say how it slept. The beds are soft. The hold unit was clean with nice original paintings on the walls. It is not a new updated facility but, older lodging with prices accordingly. There are play toys for the toddlers and a volleyball net over a nice soft sandy beach. The canoes, paddle and fishing boats were available until dusk for free. We will be back soon! Thanks for a great vacation! I didn't give five starts because one of the doors in the unit needs a new lock, and the WiFi is to slower than dial up. I did not have a problem but, it does need to be fixed.
